9 days to go.....

Assalamualaikum…. It’s been a while I haven’t update about my journey / road to SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia)…. 9 days to go… I really that I’m fully ready before I step in the hall… there’s no way I should panic but instead fill in my mind with all extra fact and knowledge…  I’m just going to continue the journey from day to day even if it’s short story of the day….

         Tomorrow is a special day for those who celebrate Deepavali…. Hope those who celebrate this festival, wish you a happy Deepavali especially to my one beautiful Hindi friend, Danisha….

          Well, 9 days to go…

Since my sister came back from college, I won’t have to be busy taking care of my little brother. Thanks sis, and love you… This morning, I woke up at late 6.50am. Didn’t do much last night but maybe the whole was tiring… better wake up early before you can’t wake up at all… Continue, after I woke, I did my basic routine where I got ready in the morning and all books I want to study and eat breakfast (mom’s special fried rice) and clean up the room so the environment is more conducive.  

Around 9.30 to 10.30, I start with my favourite subject, BIOLOGY… here’s a tip for those who want to focus on study, start the day with your heart subject.. it will create the whole day… If you start with your least fave subject, and you fail to answer that particular subject, you will easily give up.

Never give up on your study… once you stop the knowledge will not be as sharp as before….

You don’t get the knowledge unless it is given by god

So work harder,,,

BIOLOGY WAS THE BEST… but I failed to manage my time well … so I didn’t manage to finish up the essay question….

Happily, I took a 10 minute break and during that time, I was getting ready for the next subject, Chemistry… I started a bit late since I was finding my file… I’m happy that chemistry is my strongest capability of scoring. I started to love and understand more since form 4… My thought on chemistry was whoever can answer chemistry and never fail on exam, they do not have to worry about studying a bit late… It is better whatever you study in form 4, please master all of it… when you reach form 5, a lot of your study requires the form 4 syllabus…. Since I have a mom who is my chemistry at home and school, I don’t have to panic  when unable to answer a particular question…

So what I did on chemistry was I did question of Terengganu’s trial exam… somehow I find it easier than I thought…

Last minute study tips…. DO ALL TRIAL EXAMS FROM ALL STATES… This acts as your exercise to increase your understanding… AND THE SOURCES FROM YOUR TEACHERS… DON’T JUST KEEP IT WITH WITHOUT SCROLLING THROUGH THE CONTENT… READ THROUGH ALL THE NOTES AND TRY MEMORIZE…

Before sleep, about 2 hours, read through the notes… especially the notes and exercise from the markers of spm paper… It’s very resourceful…

After 10 minute break, I carried on studying on my least favourite subject PHYSICS… the capability for me to memorize on the facts so low… But what I need to do is watch videos on the particular subject…. There are many sources that you can find in the internet. I’ll share the links… this is free and my fave tuition center at home….

I did some exercise but this time it’s not from Terengganu but from Kedah… I got so sick just to find from Terengganu but no one has it until now…

After physic I took a long break…. At  this time, I had my lunch and played with my lil bro. Just at that time, I realized after 8 month I will enter college and leave my parents and lil bro at home. I will be a long distance relationship…

Around 1.30, I did some research for “karangan” for Bahasa Melayu… at this moment I set my mind that tomorrow I will read the essay tomorrow. By mean, I will read out load in my room… I did not have any source but I did have note in which essay to emphasis on. But this one I can’t share because it’ll be a long journey just for today.

After BM, I also did the same thing for English. But unfortunately I was unlucky to find any of examples of essay…  I used Terengganu’s trial question.

Q: Failure is the first step towards success. Do you agree?

- Start from paper 2 section C moving towards section B and section A. then you continue to paper 1

Too busy

        I'm very ashamed of myself. I need ways to discipline myself as soon as possible. I wasn't able to accomplish my mission. I only manage to write an essay and learn physics form 5 chapter 1. but only for understanding about wave. So unfortunate. Maybe I've had too much honeymoon and daydreaming until I couldn't complete my work. Discipline and focus is needed.

Students Should Be Encouraged to Participate 
in Extracurricular Activities

           Extracurricular activities can be defined as non-academic activities organised by the school to enhance personal development as well as provide a well-rounded education. All schools in Malaysia encourage students' participation in extracurricular activities.

           

           Regular participation has many advantages for students. The main aim of extracurricular activities is to educate students in non-academic subjects which are equally important in developing a well-balanced personality. They provide students with the opportunity to learn new skills in different areas such as carpentry, cooking, vehicle maintenance and environment protection.

           In addition, they also pick up mental skills such as creative thinking, problem solving, planning and organising skills. Limited time and resource may not allow students to master these skills. However, early acquisition of these basic skills helps students to define their interests, inclinations and talents in different areas and decide if they should further develop them.

           Besides skills, extracurricular activities also help instil values such as tolerance, discipline, honesty, humility and appreciation. Taking part in activities influences a students' opinions, beliefs and perception. A student involved in environment protection activities will develop an appreciation for nature and be less selfish of his time, effort and abilities as well as develop leadership qualities. 

           Another advantages of participating in extracurricular activities  is it allows students to fully capitalise on their leisure time. Their time is occupied with more focused and beneficial activities. It leaves them with little time for unproductive activities such as such as playing online games non-stop or spending too much time on Facebook. Parents too would have the assurance that their children's participation in these activities are helping them to develop into better persons.

         Extracurricular activities also provide students with the opportunity to socialise. Mutual interests often bring together students of different classes, ages and backgrounds. These pupils have to interact with one another. They have to learn how to complement each other and compromise to ensure projects they are involved in are successful. Interaction helps to build interpersonal skills and confidence to deal with different personalities as well as foster stronger relationships.

          Although participation in extracurricular activities can be time-consuming, the benefits one derives from these activities far outweigh any disadvantages. Character building, acquisition new skills, values and qualities as well as the formation of new and lasting friendships are just some of these advantages. Furthermore, the use of the leisure time for extracurricular activities discourage students' involvement in undesirable activities. As such, every student should participate in extracurricular activities.

         It's been a while I haven't post anything. Well, I will be sitting for SPM in 2016. I will only post my study planner from now on. I'll be posting my schedules the night before and the next day, I'll tell you the outcome that I have achieved throughout the day. Wish me luck for SPM 2016!!!!

For those who took pure science

Assalamualaikum to all Allah's creation..
I am actually going to share my knowledge or tip and notes that I will learn in my journey for 2 years before leaving my high school . I hope that I get an opportunity to be in a top student just like my sister. I have set my mind that  I will never give up on studying because this will be the head for my ambition. It's normal to be a bit lost but all of us must not give up and we must continue where we have stop. My only resouses is my sister's books and past years papers. I know it might be a bit late to say this but I recommend for those whois having an exam break or for the time  being to wait for results, I want you all take a personality test, career interest test and more in the internet to know you're future steps and if you really interested in that career , you could also do some  research just for additional knowledge. Since lately I actually just realized what my mom said that school is a precious gift because :-
1. We get to learn new things
2. We get to make new friends
3. We can experience new things
4. Not all of us can go to school
And infinity more...
We are really lucky to have a parent that have money to school. We all need money to live and just think how hard our parents work hard to find that money for us. So make our family happy by using those money for success. As a motivation  for those who still doesn't know their path yet, its better to start taking career interest test now before it's too late...
